Every 60 seconds for 12 minutes:
A) 4X8 Bent Over Barbell Row
B) 4X5 Ring swings (hips to rings)
C) 4X6-12 Ring Dips
Notes: Alternate A, B and C. Use straps if possible on the row. HIps to rings/arch to hollow is to work on your muscle up swing on the high rings. Use false grip if possible. L1/L2 scale to Ring rows pulling to hips on the ground.
