Located in the midst of some of the great bodybuilding gyms, our barbell club is convenient to walk to from the beach or from our flagship CrossFit gym. We are open 7 days a week with Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday designated to the full competition training program, and Wednesdays and Sundays focused on technique, recovery and accessory strength.

Monday - Thursday 6am-9pm

Friday 6am-8pm

Saturday/Sunday 9am-1pm 

  • Coach on duty all hours except 8:30-10:00 am.
  • Members can click here to login and reserve space through Wodify

  • Schedule subject to change for holidays/special events
  • Members allowed access to our CrossFit facility located on 711 Hampton

How Classes Work

  • We provide daily programming that typically takes 1-1.5hrs to complete.
  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday are designed to be the full competition training program.
  • Wednesday/Sunday are focused more on technique, recovery and accessory strength.
  • Athletes are allowed to perform their own programming, make up another days work or simply work up to a heavy lift.
  • All athletes warmup and mobilize on their own.  The coach(es) will be working the room speaking with each of the athletes to establish their training for the day and providing feedback as necessary.

Gym Rules:

  • Respect VBC property, equipment, members and surrounding community
  • Be aware of others, their personal space and property and show self control
  • Clean up platform and equipment when finished and return to proper storage place
