Jog 200 meters
Rack stretch with barbell
10 Good mornings
10 Light Kettlebell swings
10 Goblet squats
10 T- Push ups


15 minutes to find your 1RM Front Squat


5 rounds for calories and reps of:

1:00 ME Row for calories
:30 ME C2B Pull-ups
:30 Handstand Hold

Note: This is one continuous piece, with the HS hold meant to be performed UB. Perform a 10 Burpee penalty (AFTER the entire piece is completed) for each round the HS hold is broken.  If you cannot perform a :30 handstand hold, try a plank position with feet on the ground or a harder version with feet elevated.

Cool down:

10 Wall extensions
Stretch wrists
External rotations w/ theraband
