Notes: Rest 90 seconds between sets (or alternate with a partner). These are separate movements. Finish your back squats and then set up for your Bench Press.

Conditioning

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

6 Shoulder to Overhead
12 Back Squats
14 Jump Touches – 24?

*For jump touches, set a mark 24? above your highest reach. Mark that point and count a rep everytime you touch the mark.

Note: You may use a rack today.

Walk 200m
