Samson Stretch.

Strength

Spend fifteen minutes working up to a 3RM Front Squat

Teams of 3 complete (1 athlete works at a time):
300 Double Unders
150 Cal Row
100 Box Jumps
75 Clean and Jerks
15 Rope Climbs

L1: Hang DB cleans, DB’s 20/15 Box step ups are fine.

Cool Down
Stretch Shoulders
Pigeon stretch :45 each side
Roll out traps with a barbell
