Ankle mobility

Warmup

2 Minutes Double under practice
Review points of performance and practice the snatch

Strength

Take 20 minutes to establish a heavy 3 position Snatch

Notes: New athletes, practice a perfect snatch deadlift + 2 hang snatches. Experienced athletes hit all 3 positions from the top down and focus on full vertical hip extension and perfect positions!
