Paradiso CrossFit University – Running

No matter if you love it or hate it…you were born to run!  Take away how fast or far you can run and focus on improving your mechanics first.  Learning how to run properly is a liberating experience that helps reduce injury, increase efficiency and vastly improves overall athleticism and conditioning.  Everyone that has participated in this program has not only improved at running, but everything else inside the gym!  Sign up if that sounds good to you!
