More happenings at PCF! Nike is coming to let you demo their unreleased Banned Metcon 1.

You will get to wod in them on Tuesday and Wednesday before their big release on Thursday in Santa Monica.

***Tuesday 7/21 @ VENICE – 6:30am and 7:30am class***
***Wednesday  7/22 @ MDR – 6am and 7 am class***
– put some brand new kicks on for class
– get invited to Nike Metcon 1 release at Santa Monica Place on Thursday
– chat with Nike tech specialist about Metcon shoes/experience

– Experience the Nike Metcon 1 and challenge yourself to a PR – Max DU’s in 2 mins, Max HSPU in 2 mins, Max Box Jumps in 2 mins.
