PCF 5K Movember Dache

It’s that time of the year to support those precious testies and we’ll do our part! 

What is mustache dache?

It’s a mustache themed running series happening all around the country. Mustache Dache events support the Movember Foundation which is a global leading organization committed to changing the face of men’s health.  Aaaand two of our very own PCF members are part of the Movember USA Los Angeles office!

When?

Sunday, November 23rd at 9am at CBS Studios

What to do?

1. Register HERE and join Team ‘Paradiso CrossFit’

2. Grow a mustache if you can. Glue one on, if you can’t. 

3. Put on your best mustache costume and let’s goooo!:)
