New Crossfit Moves | Man Maker Technique


This is a series of movements that combine into what is called the Man Maker. Start with two dumbbells in a plank position. First move is a push-up back to the plank, Make sure your feet are spread shoulder width apart and do a row with each arm lifting the dumbbell to your chest.

Next you will jump you feet back under you keeping a nice flat back standing up.

Do a clean into a squat and then drive the dumbbells overhead. As you are learning this movement go slow using good form and progress to a quicker movement.
