Simple Avocado, Tomato And Cucumber Salad

Mobility:
Fire Hydrants, 10-15 per side
Downdog calf stretch, 20 per side
Super rack w/ band
Hip extension w/ band
Warm-up:
20 Jumping jacks
10 T-push ups
20 Sit ups
10 Burpees
Agility:
A) 5x: 5-10-5 Shuttle drill- DEMO– rest as needed
B) 5×5 Bounding Box Jumps 5×5 (as high as possible)
Notes: Practice bounding in small increments and gradually increase height with confidence. Let the heel kiss the ground and “rest” at the top.
Conditioning:
For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
*200m med ball run after each set
-40 minute cap
Cool down:
Couch stretch, 1 minute each
Seated straddle, 2 minutes
Active hang, 1 minute
Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 Large Tomatoes
- 6-8 leaves of Fresh Mint
- 2 sprigs of Spring onion
- Lime/lemon juice
Construction Instructions
- Chop cucumber, avocado and tomato into similar sized pieces, then finely dice spring onion and mint
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon over top and mix gently to combine
