From everyone at Paradiso, we wish a Happy and Healthy New Year full of PRs, new goals, and growth! Enjoy your evening but do so responsibly above all else. Here is to another great year at the gym. 

Don’t forget to come watch the hardworking VBC crew in their first meet at Team Crossfit Academy this Saturday the 4th. Things kick off around 9am and we will have lifers represented throughout the day!
