We are CLOSED for the day! 

Merry Christmas to the entire Paradiso CrossFit family! I hope everyone enjoys a rest day surrounded by the people they love. I posted the above video because, although it is Christmas and this might be far from your thoughts, the 2014 CrossFit Games Open is right around the corner. We are now entering, as Rudy from Outlaw called it, the “pre-season”. Whether you are a newer member or have no competition aspirations, I still encourage everyone to watch the above video and witness the camaraderie and passion that this stuff creates in people. The next few months, the workouts will be brutal and you will see a host of our athletes and members gearing up for another run at the Games. I am more excited than ever to witness our entire gym and community rally around each other once again. Come back to the gym ready to train!
