Advanced Conditioning:

3 Rounds for time of:
12 Bar Facing Burpees
9 Muscle-Ups
7 Deadlifts 315/225

-15 minute Cap-

Midline Strength (Classic and Advanced):

3 Rounds of
10-20 GHD Situps
10-15 Good Mornings with Barbell

Notes:  Scale according to your experience level and try not to rest more than 60 seconds between sets or movements!
