Mobility/Warm-up:
Hip mobility with band, 1 minute
Rack mobility of choice, 1 minute
Jog 400 meters
10 reps of the following using light weight or bar only:
Good mornings
Hang Clusters
Deadlifts
Strength:
10×2 Banded Deadlifts (use 60% of 1 RM), rest 60 seconds
Workout:
4 rounds for time of:
100 meter Shuttle sprint (10 meter segments)
20 Hand release push-ups
10 Hang Squat Clean Thruster (115/75)
Cool down:
10 Wall extensions
Calf stretch
Quad on wall
