Due to the competition and coaches participation, classes will all be run in an Open Gym format for the day!  There will still be coaches on staff, but there will be no formal class hour.  Hope to see you up in Ventura or at Torrance!!

Mobility:
Full DROM twice
Bottom of Overhead squat 2 cumulative minutes

Strength: 
Take 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch (Power or Squat)

30 Box Jumps, 30/26
20 Deadlifts, 275/185
30 Toes to Bar
20 Dumbbell Push press, 45/30
30 GHD Sit ups
20 Row for calories
30 Alternating Pistols
20 Burpee Box Jumps

20 minute cutoff

Cool Down:
Cat on box, 1 minute
Straddle, 1 minute
Cobra, 1 minute
Work on the tan, at least half the day
