SUP – WOD
Come test your fitness with a workout on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) this Saturday, July 21st at 11am!
We will provide a quick tutorial on how to paddle efficiently, give you some time to practice and then we’ll start running heats around Noon.
All skill levels welcome! When we’re done, we will be hanging out, grilling food and playing volleyball.j
