Warm up:
Practice and load up Squat Clean

Strength/Skill:
Every 30 Seconds for 5 minutes perform One Squat Clean.

Conditioning:
3 Rounds for time
8 Split snatches, 115/75 (alternating legs)
7 Bar Muscle ups
400 meter run

13 minute time cap

Cool Down:
10 Wall Extensions (slow!)
Quad on Wall, 30 seconds per leg
Go to the Games or to the Beach!

By the time you guys read this, I”ve just come home from the CrossFit Games and haven’t the time to type up all the awesomeness I saw.  But the weather was hot, the events were nail biting, the vendors were bartering, and the people were fit as f#ck.   Some of my favorite highlights were the Speal/Holmberg triplet race, the Annie Thorisdottir epic finish, and although not an epic finish, Jason Khalipa’s med ball/HSPU last rep was heart breaking to watch.
