Mobility:
10 PVC Dislocates
10 Wall Extensions
Sampson Stretch, 30 seconds each
10 GHD Situps, full extension at bottom
10 Hip Back Extensions, slow

Strength:
5 x 5 High Hang Cleans + 1 Split Jerk, 60 seconds rest

Go as heavy as possible without losing form!

Workout:
12 minute AMRAP:
8 Clean High Pulls, 135lbs
12 Toes to Bar
16 Hand Release Push ups

Keep the weight on the high pulls light enough that you can keep good position and finish with your elbows high!

Cool Down:
Jog 800 meters
3 Position Wall Extensions, 30 seconds each
Pike Stretch, 60 seconds
German Hang, accumulate 30 seconds
