Mobility:
DROM
Ankle mobility
Wrist mobility

Warm-up:
15 minutes to perform 3-5 rounds of:
10 second Handstand hold
20 Hollow rocks
5 Handstand push ups (strict, partial range of motion is ok)
5 second Hanging L-sit

Workout:
“Half Nick”
6 rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell Hang Squat cleans (45/30)
6 Handstand push-ups (ideally with DB’s or deficit)

Cool down:
Jog 400 meters
Cat on box, 1 minute
Samson stretch, 1 minute
10 Wall extensions

Roasted Pork Loin

1.5# Pork Loin, excess fat trimmed

5 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp  fresh Rosemary

1/2 tsp fresh Thyme

1 Tbls Salt

1/2 Tbls Black Pepper, ground

1/4c Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

With a mortar and pestle, pound together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper until a rough paste. Add the olive oil to the paste until well combined.

Massage herbed oil on all sides of the pork loin, really rubbing the salt and herbs into the meat.

Place onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Flip over. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before serving. Slice on a bias. Serve with juices (jus) on the bottom of the pan.
