Antonio, back in the saddle!

Today’s workout has you Clean and Jerking heavy, then loading down and seeing how you can perform under duress.  Your coaches will be looking for solid technique and clean landings.

Go as heavy as you can within the 15 minutes without your form turning to slop.

I was talking to Track Master Frank tonight about getting to know people, and the intimacy and involvement that occurs in a CrossFit Box, ours in particular. I usually love getting to know people that have accepted CrossFit as their fitness program, what makes them tick, and what their hopes and dreams and aspirations are. And how I wish I could have that time with all of you. But this will have to do for now. If you will, post your answers to the following in comments, a lot of these I stole from a GQ interview:

What do you like about CrossFit?
What is your favorite/worst movements?
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
What is your greatest fear?
What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?

In others?
What is your greatest extravagance?
When and where were you happiest?
What is your current state of mind?
What is your most treasured possession?
If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do you think it would be?
If you could choose what to come back as, what would it be?
Where would you like to live?
What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?
Who are your favorite writers?
Who are your heroes in real life?
If you could change something about CrossFit, what would it be?
