Relay Style!

With a partner, one athlete working at a time relay style, complete the following:

6 rounds (3 rounds per athlete) of
200 meter row
20 Wall Ball shots

4 rounds (2 rounds per athlete) of
Farmers Walk 100 meters, heavy dumbbells or kettlebells
200 meter run

2 rounds (1 round per athlete) of
30 Chest to bar Pull ups

Set rowers to 200 meters/30 seconds rest.  Go heavy on the farmers carry.
