Classic Warm up x 2:
Overhead Squat x 10
GHD Sit ups x 10
GHD Hip Extensions x 10
Push ups x 10
Pull ups x 10
Strength:
Deadlift 3 – 3 – 3 – 3
Ten rounds for time of:
135/95 lb Deadlift, 15 reps
15 Push ups

Today is going to be about reinforcing good habits through repetitive practice. Deadlifting is our most elemental weightlifting movement, while the push up is one of the world’s classic fitness and conditioning tools. Practice each with virtuosity and focus.
