Warm-up:

1-2 rounds of the “Classic Warm-up”

Rack Mobility 2 minutes

Overhead Mobility drill 2 minutes

Workout:

Seven rounds for time of:
205 pound Clean, 3 reps
4 Ring handstand push-ups

Cool down:

8 intervals of Reverse Tabata L-sit (10 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest)

Overhead mobility drill.

Whether you squat clean or power clean, pick a weight that is challenging, but something you can manage for 21 reps. Please review the handstand push-up progressions and perform 8 progressions instead.  Happy Sunday!
