A look into the past to see the future…

In the beginning I was just a man with a pull up bar and a dream. The dream to get strong and kick ass at everything…If only there were just CrossFit boxes around, like a community gym, where I could go and do these workouts.  As I plowed ahead, figuring out ways to do these workouts in my apartment. Trying not to bother my roommates or my neighbors or my landlord that lived below me. I slowly gathered more equipment, the seed had been planted and there was no going back…I hope all of you can be a part of my CrossFit experience. I hope that it will change lives like it has changed my life. I am grateful for this information being offered to me freely online. I greatly admire that success has come from providing something more than a product to be consumed. My dream has become to provide that service for all!  Welcome to the Party!..

…My ideal gym would be the size of a warehouse, something worthy of being called a gymnasium.  There would be plenty of room for people to perform individual skill work with different gymnastics and lifting techniques, as well as groups performing WODs without interference…

…there should be large community gymnasiums that you can participate in for free because health and fitness is a priority and pillar of the community.  High glycemic processed foods will be a thing of the past or just for holidays.  I get all fired up thinking about how great the community is and all the great things that we can provide for so many people…

These are a few posts from my early days of being a CrossFit affiliate owner and blogger and my passion has not waivered since!  More than two years later, we continue to grow as athletes, coaches and community.  I cannot guarantee we will find a warehouse sized space for our next gym location, but I can promise that we will continue to make quality coaching and member experience our top priority.  We will be releasing our thoughts on this topic as the New Year approaches.  Thank you all for you continued support and dedication to this community and to yourselves!
