Classic Crossfit Moves | Burpee Box Jump Technique
This is a demonstration of a Burpee Box Jump, a combination of two classic CrossFit movements. Start with a burpee, chest to thighs into a pushup position then jump on to the box a get your hips high at the top. Make sure that you are perpendicular to the box that you are jumping on. Following the burpee you are allowed to step up to the box so that you are not too far away for the box jump. When you come beck down take a step back to allow room for the burpee.
