With a partner, preferably of similar athletic ability

60 Push presses
200 meter buddy carry
60 Pistols
200 meter buddy carry
60 Kettlebell swings
200 meter buddy carry
60 Front squats
200 meter buddy carry

Only one athlete working at a time for the movements.  Choose heavy weights.  You may use barbells or dumbbells.
