Classic Crossfit Moves | Overhead Walking Lunge Technique
This is a demonstration on the overhead walking lunge, a variation on the classic walking lunge.
As with the classic lunge be sure to step about as wide as you would during a squat. Keep your torso upright and your front knee should be over the heel and your back knee will touch the ground. For the Overhead aspect, you can utilize a plate or a barbell. We want to have big, active shoulders. The ribs are down so the back in not arched and have a tight belly.
