Zone and nutrition talk at 6pm tonight!!

Everyone is invited.  Be sure to read over the information and links we have been posting all week.

  The Two week Zone Educational period begins tomorrow!  If you plan on participating, you must sign up for the google doc here.  For those that have already requested access, you should now be good to go and your name is on the spreadsheet.  Let’s get it on!

This Saturday at 10am, bring your friends (or your enemies) to class!  We’ll give them a fun and challenging workout to show what we’re always talking about! We will be available after class to answer any questions they may have.
