Wrist Stretches and Mobility
We use our hands and wrists almost every day in the gym and it is to mobilize and warm them up as well! If you have sensitive wrists or an old injury, wearing wrist wraps or taping your wrists is a very common habit. Using dumbbells instead of barbells is one example of how you can change the workout to relieve some wrist stress and strain.
