1) Hang Clean from Knee+Front Squat 85-90% 3×2-3+2

2) Jerk Drive 3×3 110-130%

3) Jerk  Max, 80-85% 2X2, 90%X1, 95%X1

4) Rounded Back Deadlift 3×10 moderate ADD WEIGHT FROM LAST WEEK

5) Overhead Tricep Extension 4×8 ADD WEIGHT FROM LAST WEEK

6) Hanging Leg Raise 3×25-30

Thursday – 9/1

1) Snatch+Overhead Squat 5×1-2+3 85-90%

2) Snatch Pull 3×3 100%, 2X1-2 110-120%

3)Overhead Squat Max,  85-90% 2×2

4)Push Press 3×5 Heavy

5) Hyperextension 4×8 with weight heavy ADD WEIGHT FROM LAST WEEK

Friday – 9/2

1) Hatch Cycle Week 8 Day 2
2) Power Clean from Block Max, 2×2-3 80-85% TRY TO ADD AT LEAST 1KG FROM LAST WEEK
3) Clean Pull from Block Pause at the knee 3×3 105-115%
4) Regular Pullups 3×5-15 with weight if possible ADD REPS FROM LAST WEEK
5) Box Jump 3×3 High

Saturday- 9/3

1)Clean+Front Squat+Jerk   4×1+2+1 85-95%
2)Clean Pull3×3 100%
3) Power Clean 3×3 60% (Speed!)
4)Snatch Grip Military Press Max, 3×3 heavy
5)Bent Over Row 3×8 Heavy ADD WEIGHT FROM LAST WEEK

6)Parallel Bar Dips 3×5 with weight

7) V-UP 3X30
