Beach Ultimate Frisbee

Join us on Sunday, February 21 at Noon for some Ultimate Frisbee on the Beach!

The event will be hosted by our members Remy and Eric and will be open to all skill levels.

Ultimate in the sand is not only super fun, but a great workout!  We will start with a short clinic to review the basic throws, defensive set-up and offensive patterns and then we will divide into teams and play.

• Will start at Noon where Brooks Ave runs into the beach – look for the PCF flag!
• The event will run until around 2:30pm
• Feel free to bring your friends!
• Bring plenty of water and snacks
• Bring a predominantly WHITE shirt and a predominately DARK shirt for game play
