Starting today, Alexi will be hosting a rowing class every Sunday.

While relatively new to crossfit, she has been involved with rowing since 1998 when she began competitively rowing in high school.  She continued to row throughout college and after graduation she moved into the coaching arena where she has been for the last 7 years and is currently coaching a high school rowing program in the marina.

 We are lucky to have her.  For Sunday’s classes, you can expect to learn how to properly set up the machine, learn the basics of rowing technique with an emphasis on efficiency, learning drills to focus on skill-development and experience a rowing wod focusing on the new skills learned.  Take advantage of this!
