30 Box Jumps, 24″ Box
20 Sumo-deadlift High Pull, 108 lb

20 Push Press, 135 lbs
120 foot sled pull, sled plus 165 lbs

Gym events.
We will be hosting the next Box Jump for our friends at CrossFit Fast, administrators of our recent Tri County Shakedown, arguably one of the greatest team competitions this gym has ever taken a part of.
We will be starting the warm up around 10:30 and ending the WOD around 11:30, followed immediately by a BBQ and Cider, so bring whatever meat you want grilled.
Afterwards, we will go to our usual spot in Mast beach for some Volleyball and (optional) Ocean swimming.
Schedule Changes.
To alleviate our Saturday bedlams of late, On Ramp classes will start at 8am, and regular classes from 9am to 11. Depending on the WOD, we will attempt to have heats running every half hour.
The 101 intro for beginners will be pushed back to 11:30.
The CrossFit 201 will also be held this Sunday at 6 pm (NOT 6:30!)
