For those of you who don’t know, today will be the last day (for a while anyway) for Hassan at PCF.  The tall, quiet, newly buff California boy is moving to the Big Apple.

 I remember when Hassan started in On-ramp and immediately was impressed by how hard he worked, his willingness to learn and be coached, and a poise that he carries even when exhausted or frustrated.  They say “how you do one thing is how you do everything”, and if what you have accomplished in your time here is any indication, you’re going to be a force to reckon with.

  We wish you continued success in crossfit and in life, and know you will be missed here at the box!
