Take notes people…this is a front squat

We can lift the most possible weight off the floor through the olympic lift called the Clean.  The receiving position for that movement is the Front Squat wmv/mov.  Without proper position and flexibility, we can find ourselves limited in how much we can lift in this movement.  Check out good and bad form on the Front Squat wmv/mov and if you have sensitive and/or inflexible wrists and shoulders, you might want to bring those wrist straps!
