Chippers in CrossFit are described as a long list of movements performed one time, as fast as you can. They can be ‘funner’ than the usual prescriptions of single element, couplet, or triplet because you don’t have to go back to any of the exercises, plus it’s just fun to do a whole lot of movements fast.
