The idea of “inventory” was to create a workout that utilized every piece of equipment in the CrossFit arsenal, to introduce people to the physical set up of Paradiso CrossFit, and to have fun of course!

  We won’t be using all of the equipment the way is was intended, but it will still be functional and definitely varied!

  There will be no class at 8am class today, only a 9am On Ramp and the craziness at 10am.

  So come on in and get some!

Remember this evening is Waterloo and City at 5pm-9pm in Culver City for food and drink:)
