For example, you can try doing dumbell thrusters instead of a bar, chest to bar pull up standards, going heavier with the thruster weight, reversing the rep scheme order to 9-15-21, scaling the weight and pull ups to reduce your time domain, or eat a double double from In-n-Out between each round, its up to you, but no matter what, you will be performing thrusters and pullups today!
