When David Fondacaro came to us he already exhibited enormous athletic potential and mental fortitude through, what we found out later, years of martial arts training and military service. CrossFit only multiplied his possibilities and capacities.
His quiet strength and infectious joy is not lost on any of us, although Fondo himself will depart for quite some time.
