On November 5th, 2009 at Fort Hood Texas, Major Nidal Hassan attacked his fellow soldiers and civilians.  12 soldiers and 1 civilian were killed, along with 43 injured.

Four of those killed along with eleven of the injured were fellow Crossfitters from Lumberjack CrossFit.

Please join us in honoring these soldiers and their families by donating to cflumberjack.org and/or performing the above ‘Lumberjack 20’ WOD.  We will have stations set up and cycling athletes through the WOD tomorrow morning, roughly around the hours of 9, 10, and 11.
