In PCF University AcroYoga Inversions, you will learn the fundamentals of AcroYoga and master the inverted poses. Students in this course can expect to learn how to base and fly a star pose, and will ultimately learn how to base, fly, and spot a hand-to-hand inversion.

If you’ve been enjoying the handstand work in group class, this class will provide a fun outlet for you to apply the handstand in a unique expression of movement.

The class will include a field trip to the Acro Greens in Santa Monica on a Sunday!
