Thursday we test! The gym will be closed on Thursday from 7-8pm. So, you can test before 7 or after 8. Just maxing on snatch and clean & jerk, so won’t take long. If you test at 8, we’ll have pizza, beer, and dougnuts for you!

3) Clean Pull 80% 3×3 (no straps)
4) Back Squat 80% 3×3
Tuesday –2/23
1) Power Snatch 75% 3×2
2) Power Clean and Jerk 70% 3×2
3) Snatch Pull 70% 3×3 (no straps)
4) Front Squat 75% 3×3

1) Snatch MAX
2) Clean and Jerk MAX
Friday – 2/26
1) Snatch off block 85% 3×2
2) Clean off block 80% 3×2
3) Clean Pull 90% 3×3 (no straps)
4) Back Squat 80-85% 5×5
Saturday – 2/27
1) Power Snatch Max, 85% 2×2
2) Power Clean and Jerk 95%x1, 85% 2×2
3) Snatch Pull 100% 3×3 (no straps)
4) Front Squat 85-90% 3×3
