Had an amazing time in China! Learned and saw amazing things.
5 things I learned:
1. Balance-The lifter must not move backward, forward, left, or right.
2. Speed-Weightlifting is about speed-strength.
3. Close-Keep the bar tight to the body.
4. Low-Stretch! The lower you can go the more weight you can lift.
5. Stability-Catch the bar very tightly.
