4) Back Squat 50%x5, 60%x5, 70%x5, 80% 3×1+1+1

5) Push Press 3×3 moderate weight

6) Box Jump 3×3

Tuesday – 6/23

1)  Power Snatch 75% 2×1+1

2) Power Clean and Jerk 70% 2×1+1

3) Front Squat 80% 3×1+1

 

 

 Thursday – 6/25

1) Snatch 50% 2×1+1

2) Clean and Jerk 40% 2×1+1
