2) Clean and Jerk 90% 4×2

3) Clean Pull 110% 3×3

4) Back Squat 85% 5×3

Friday – 5/29

1)Power Clean and Jerk-  90% x 1, 85% 2×2

2) Power Snatch-3×2 80%
