Tuesday – 5/19

1) Snatch off block 3×2 80% (speed)

2) Snatch Pull off block- 3×3 115%

3) Snatch Pull-3×3 90%

4) Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Chins- 3×5-10

 

 Thursday – 5/21

1) Clean off block – 3 x 2 @ 80%

2) Clean Pull off block- 3×3 120%

3) Jerk Max x 1, 85% 2×2

4) Hatch Squat Cycle Week 10 Day 2

Friday – 5/22

1)Clean-  3×2 80%

2) Snatch-3×2 80%

3) Push Press-3×5

4) Hyperextension with 3 sec. pause-3×5 with weight

5) Leg Raise 3×10-20

 

Saturday- 5/23

1) Upper Body Self Training (Pick 3-5 upper body exercises. Perform 3-5 sets of 6-10, not too heavy.)
