1)Clean- 3×2 80%
2) Snatch-3×2 80%
3) Push Press-3×5
4) Hyperextension with 3 sec. pause-3×5 with weight
5) Leg Raise 3×10-20
Saturday- 5/23
1) Upper Body Self Training (Pick 3-5 upper body exercises. Perform 3-5 sets of 6-10, not too heavy.)
