3) Good Morning 3×5

4) Bench Press 3×5 88%

5) Hyperextension with 3 sec. pause-3×10 no weight

6)Broad Jump- 5×3 (speed)

Saturday- 5/10

1) Power Snatch off block- 3×3 80% (speed)

2) Power Clean off block- 3×3 75% (speed)

3) Clean Pull off Block 3×3 100%

4) Romanian Deadlift- 3×5 (10lbs heavier)

5)Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Pullups- 3×5-10

6)Sprints 6×20 yards (speed)
