Warm up:

Jog 200 meters

20 Sit ups

Agility:

3 Rounds of the following:
:30 ME Toe Touches on 12” box
10 Reaction drill catches with PVC

Conditioning:

2 Rounds:
Run 800 meters
20 Inverted Burpees
20 Parallette Shoot throughs
20 Grasshoppers (l/r equals 1 rep)

-then-

2 rounds of:
Run 400 meters
20 Push Press with barbell
20 Back Squats with barbell

-then-

2 rounds of:
Run 200 meters
20 GHD Hip Extensions
-40 min cap-

Cool down:

Couch stretch
10 Wall extensions
Straddle hold
